Justina Klyviene is co-founder of Silver Ventures, also founder and Managing Partner of the Innovation consultancy company Future Leadership (www.futureleadership.lt) and Innovation Academy (www.innovationuni.lt). A board member at Innovation Agency (governmental institution). A co-founder at Alter State initiative (www.alterstate.org). Founder and organizer of the Health Tech acceleration program (https://www.healthtechaccelerator.lt). Lector at ISM University of Management and Economics (Executive MBA program) and the University of Iceland (Master program).

Justina has more than 10 years of experience in leading diverse teams and spends hundreds of hours every year consulting and running innovation labs, hackathons, and sprints. She designs, creates, and implements from acceleration programs to innovation events for her clients. Her focus areas are innovation development processes, strategy, innovation culture implementation within the companies, and startup development. Justina is an advocate of women’s empowerment. She developed the idea and organized the First Women Innovation sprint in Lithuania, the Women for Global Challenges program. She has worked with Bloomberg Philanthropies and was the innovation expert for their Mayor Challenge 2021, where the project won $1 million to implement the idea. Her clients range from startups to governments (the UK and Lithuanian governments).

She is an active participant in social initiatives, a mentor, and an expert in various projects.
