Jūratė Stanišauskienė is co-founder of Silver Ventures, also Chair of the Boar at AB “Oro navigacija“, board director at AB Lietuvos paštas and UAB „Legal balance“, is governance, strategy and business management expert. She has more than 20 years of international business management and development experience, growing people and businesses.

J. Stanišauskienė has operated in global landscapes for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, leading multinational teams across 4 continents. J. Stanišauskienė started her career at UPS, serving in various leadership capacities, eventually moving to Belgium UPS Europe Headquarters and becoming the Managing Director (19 countries) for East Europe Region. While at UPS, she developed the regional strategy, accelerated double-digit growth using innovations, generated notable cost savings, increased the company’s competitive advantage, and created a more collaborative and inclusive culture. In 2019 J.Stanišauskienė joined Amazon Europe in Luxembourg, leading Europe’s Last Mile Services, laying a firm foundation for a new delivery service provider program across Europe. Then she returned to Lithuania and accepted the CEO and board member role at UAB “Aurika”, the largest Baltics flexible packaging and labels manufacturing company, where the new strategy has been developed, resulting in new markets opening, efficiency gains, cultural and leadership development and EBIT increase. Lately J.Stanišauskienė was CEO “Western Union Processing Lithuania” and VP Global Operations at Western Union, contributing to the turn-around of the global organization.

J. Stanišauskienė is investor and member of the business angels LitBAN, member of Baltics Corporate Governance Institute (BICG) network, speaker, mentor at two organizations that educate and empower women to innovate and start business in the field of technology.
